David’s journey began with a passion for education and healthcare, earning degrees in education, healthcare administration, leadership, and nursing. With over 30 years of experience in public health, mental health care, and higher education, he understands how to improve systems, balance budgets, and deliver real results for the people he serves.
His professional background includes:
✔ Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Providing critical mental health care to patients in need.
✔ Professor & Educator – Training the next generation of healthcare professionals at East Stroudsburg University, Cedar Crest College, and Kean University.
✔ Healthcare Administrator & Consultant – Overseeing operations, budgeting, and policy implementation in hospitals and nursing homes.
✔ Community Advocate & Public Servant – Former Quakertown School Board Director, Northampton County Democratic Committee Member, and dedicated nonprofit board member.
